Rajiv Nehru is a property entrepreneur and principal developer with more than 20 years of experience spanning lettings, property management, contracting, development and asset ownership. As Founder and Group Director of Nehru Holdings, he leads a vertically integrated platform where Ivaro, his in-house contractor, delivers the schemes that Lotus Living, his residential investment and Build-to-Rent platform, then owns and manages for the long term.
